Magi

The magi never made it to Bethlehem as far as I can see. Here is why:-

Luke 2:-
21, And  at the end of eight days, when he was circumcised,  he was called Jesus, the name given by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
22, And  when the time came for their purification according to the Law of Moses, they brought him up to Jerusalem  to present him to the Lord
39, And when they had performed everything according to  the Law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own town of  Nazareth.

So, not long after the Lord is born (40 days), they are back to Nazareth.
Leviticus 12:-
1, The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2, “Speak to the people of Israel, saying, If a woman conceives and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days. As at the time of her menstruation, she shall be unclean.
3, And on the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.
4, Then she shall continue for thirty-three days in the blood of her purifying. She shall not touch anything holy, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying are completed.

Herod sent the wise men to Bethlehem because of the prophecy BUT it nowhere says the wise men found Jesus in Bethlehem. When the magi left Jerusalem, the star guided them to where the Lord Jesus was, which would have been Nazareth. Perhaps the magi even realized this from the prophecy that "He would be called a Nazarene". Unless the magi were at the actual birth, which they weren't , only the shepherds, then they either never went to Bethlehem or were in Bethlehem within 40 days of the birth.

 Matthew 2:-
13, Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you, for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.”
14, And he rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed to Egypt
15, and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet,  “Out of Egypt I called my son.”
16, Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, became furious, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time that he had ascertained from the wise men.
How big was this region? Did it encompass Nazareth?
 Matthew 2:-
17, Then was fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah:
18, “A voice was heard in Ramah, weeping and loud lamentation, Rachel weeping for her children; she refused to be comforted, because they are no more.”

Daniel 2701 consecutive

(This data was calculated using this web calculator http://thetrugmans.com/word-and-gematria-search/ . Please also note that the raw hebrew used by thetrugmans.com calculator does not agree with the hebrew input I usually use, which is the widely accepted hebrew text available on a very popular free bible program and that appears on most hebrew texts on the Internet and which provides the amazing results for the Daniel gematria of this blog site).

Looking at the appearances of consecutive words in Daniel summing to 2701, the gem atria of Genesis 1:1. There are ten matches (in red). There is a pattern, I think, which I present below the data.

Dan 1:4  youths without blemish, of good appearance and skillful in all wisdom, endowed with knowledge, understanding learning, and competent to stand in the king's palace, and to teach them the literature and language of the Chaldeans.

Dan 1:15  At the end of ten days it was seen that they were better in appearance and fatter in flesh than all the youths who ate the king's food.

Dan 2:42  And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle.

Dan 3:22  Because the king's order was urgent and the furnace overheated, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.

Dan 4:16  Let his mind be changed from a man's, and let a beast's mind be given to him; and let seven periods of time pass over him.

Dan 5:23  but you have lifted up yourself against the Lord of heaven. And the vessels of his house have been brought in before you, and you and your lords, your wives, and your concubines have drunk wine from them. And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know, but the God in whose hand is your breath, and whose are all your ways, you have not honored.

And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know, but the God in whose hand is your breath, and whose are all your ways, you have not honored.

Dan 7:7  After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.

Dan 7:10  A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.

Dan 10:1  In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a word was revealed to Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar. And the word was true, and it was a great conflict. And he understood the word and had understanding of the vision.
